The Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust is a registered charity, established in 1998 to protect the elderly and vulnerable living in Wiltshire who have become, or are at risk of becoming, victims of house crime or domestic abuse. The home should be a place the elderly and vulnerable feel safe in, however, the level of confidence they feel once this has been violated is life changing and severely detrimental to their well-being and health. The Trust carries out full security and fire risk assessments before fitting appropriate security measures to ensure the home owner now feels secure in their own home. This service and equipment are provided free to all eligible clients.
The Julia and Hans Rausing Trust’s donations have helped us secure over 1,650 homes in the past couple of years for which we would like to express our deepest gratitude.
